The streets of Iran are running red with the blood of freedom fighters, and Democrats have Iranian blood on their hands.
For three weeks now, massive protests have erupted across all 31 provinces of Iran as brave citizens demand the fall of the Islamic Republic. But instead of the support they deserve, these patriots are being gunned down by a regime that was empowered by 50 years of Democrat weakness and appeasement.
From Jimmy Carter's betrayal of the Shah in 1979 to Barack Obama's disastrous Iran Nuclear Deal that flooded the mullahs with billions in cash, Democrats have consistently chosen to coddle America's enemies rather than stand with freedom-loving people.
Obama's Silence Speaks Volumes
Where is Barack Obama now? The same man who sent pallets of cash to Tehran in the dead of night is nowhere to be found as Iranian protesters are being slaughtered in the streets. His deputy national security advisor and other leftist voices remain shamefully silent while real heroes fight for liberty.
This is what Democrat foreign policy gets you – emboldened dictators and dead dissidents.
"The Iranian people have been abandoned by the very Democrats who claim to champion human rights and democracy around the world," one foreign policy expert noted.
Compare this to President Trump's approach. During his first term, Trump imposed crippling sanctions on Iran, eliminated terrorist leader Qasem Soleimani, and consistently supported Iranian protesters. Now back in office, Trump has the opportunity to finish what he started.
The Real Cost of Democrat Weakness
Every Iranian protester who falls is a victim not just of the Islamic Republic's brutality, but of decades of American foreign policy that prioritized appeasing tyrants over supporting freedom. From Carter's incompetence to Obama's treachery to Biden's Afghanistan disaster that emboldened every enemy of America, Democrats have consistently shown weakness on the world stage.
The Iranian people deserve better. They deserve an America that stands with them, not one that sends their oppressors billions of dollars and hopes for the best.
Will President Trump seize this moment to support the Iranian people's fight for freedom, or will another generation pay the price for Democrat weakness?
