Another day, another violent attack on our brave border patrol agents - and this one happened right in California, the sanctuary state that rolls out the red carpet for criminal illegal aliens.
A Customs and Border Protection officer was injured Wednesday morning in Compton when a Salvadoran national with an extensive criminal record deliberately rammed federal agents with his vehicle while they attempted to arrest him for human smuggling operations.
The attacker has been identified as William Eduardo Moran Carballo, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador who was actively engaged in smuggling other illegals into our communities. According to the Department of Homeland Security, Carballo has a rap sheet - because of course he does.
This is exactly what President Trump warned us about during his campaign, and it's precisely why his mass deportation agenda is so critical. How many more of our law enforcement officers need to be attacked, injured, or worse before we finally secure our borders?
California's Sanctuary Policies Enable Criminal Aliens
Let's be crystal clear about what's happening here: California's sanctuary state policies create a safe haven for criminals like Carballo to operate with impunity. Instead of cooperating with federal immigration enforcement, California actively obstructs ICE and Border Patrol operations.
The injured officer was simply doing his job - trying to arrest a criminal who was smuggling more illegal aliens into American communities. For his service to our country, he got rammed by a vehicle driven by someone who shouldn't even be in the United States.
This attack comes as President Trump prepares to implement the largest deportation operation in American history. Patriots across the country are rallying behind his America First agenda because they're sick and tired of seeing our law enforcement officers attacked by foreign criminals.
How many more Border Patrol agents need to be injured before Democrats finally admit their open border policies are a disaster? The Trump-Vance administration can't start the mass deportations soon enough.
