The unhinged left has reached new heights of derangement, spreading wild conspiracy theories that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers would somehow be conducting immigration raids at the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan, Italy next month.
The Department of Homeland Security was forced to issue a clarification Tuesday after social media erupted with hysterical claims from Democrats and open-borders activists who apparently thought President Trump was planning to send ICE agents to arrest illegal immigrants on Italian soil.
"Obviously, ICE does not conduct immigration enforcement operations in foreign countries," DHS stated on X, in what should have been an unnecessary clarification of basic common sense.
"The level of Trump Derangement Syndrome on display here is truly remarkable. These people have lost all ability to think rationally."
