The Trump administration is delivering on its promise to end discriminatory practices in American education, with the Department of Justice filing to intervene in a bombshell lawsuit against UCLA Medical School over its allegedly illegal race-based admissions process.

Led by Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon, the DOJ threw its full weight behind the case this week, marking a sharp departure from the Biden regime's embrace of racial discrimination disguised as "diversity and inclusion."

This decisive move represents exactly what Americans voted for in November 2024 – an administration willing to fight back against the woke establishment that has poisoned our institutions with divisive identity politics.

Taking On The Academic Swamp

For too long, elite universities have operated as if they're above the law, using skin color rather than merit to determine who gets access to critical professional programs like medical school. While hardworking Americans of all backgrounds have been systematically excluded based on their race, these institutions have hidden behind progressive buzzwords to justify blatant discrimination.

The Trump DOJ's intervention sends a clear message: those days are over.

UCLA Medical School, like countless other woke institutions, has apparently been caught red-handed violating federal civil rights laws. The school's alleged practices represent everything wrong with the radical left's takeover of higher education – where ideology trumps excellence and discrimination is celebrated as long as it targets the "right" people.

Justice For All Americans

This isn't about opposing diversity – it's about demanding equality under the law. Every American, regardless of their background, deserves to be judged on their character, qualifications, and merit rather than the color of their skin.

The Trump administration's bold action proves that elections have consequences. While the previous administration turned a blind eye to institutional racism against certain groups, President Trump and his team are ensuring that civil rights laws apply equally to all Americans.

How many more woke institutions will think twice about their discriminatory practices now that there's finally an administration willing to enforce the law? The academic swamp is about to find out that their reign of racial discrimination is coming to an end.

As someone who works in education law, I can tell you that UCLA has been walking a very fine line since the Supreme Court ruling. Good to see the DOJ actually enforcing equal protection under the law for once.

What other universities do you think are next on the list? This can't be limited to just UCLA.

This is exactly why we need Trump back in office. The Biden administration would never have the courage to take on these woke universities and their illegal quotas.

Finally! It's about time someone stood up against these discriminatory practices. Merit should be the only factor in college admissions, not skin color.

Absolutely right. My daughter worked her tail off for a 4.2 GPA and shouldn't be penalized because of her race.
