For years, Democrats have insisted with straight faces that illegal immigrants don't vote in American elections. But this week, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries accidentally gave away the whole game when they launched a desperate attack on President Trump's immigration enforcement operations.
The Democratic leaders are now demanding that ICE agents "stop racial profiling" during their raids – despite zero evidence of any such profiling occurring. But here's where it gets interesting: these same Democrats who scream about requiring ID for voting are now insisting that ICE agents must fully identify themselves to make their jobs harder and put them in danger.
Social media users quickly caught the hypocrisy. "Schumer and Jeffries are idiots. They think to vote in America, which the constitution says should only be citizens voting, the Democrats don't want to require ID so the illegals can vote for Democrats. However, they want ICE to identify themselves. No ID for voting?" posted @RappaportGregg.
The Mask Slips
Another observer pointed out the obvious racial pandering: "Schumer and Jeffries are demanding that @ICEgov 'stop racial profiling' -- which the officers were NOT doing in the first place. (Has anyone else noticed that a proportional number of officers are Black or Hispanic?) Democrats are desperate to be relevant," noted @TKovachNashvil.
But perhaps the most damning analysis came from @Libferno, who translated the Democratic demands: "Schumer & Jeffries: 'Give every illegal a judge before we let ICE do its job' Also: 'Make agents take off masks so we can dox and endanger them' Translation: Democrats want open season on American law enforcement while shielding criminal invaders. Pure evil."
Think about it, Patriots: if illegal immigrants truly don't vote, why are Democrats fighting so hard to keep them here? Why the manufactured outrage over enforcing laws that have been on the books for decades?
The answer is obvious to anyone paying attention. Democrats need illegal immigrants in America because they've been counting on their votes to maintain power. Now that President Trump is back and serious about mass deportations, they're panicking.
How long will Americans tolerate politicians who put foreign lawbreakers ahead of legal citizens?
