Federal prosecutors have finally gotten serious about prosecuting the anti-Israel terrorist who gunned down two innocent Israeli Embassy staffers in cold blood last year, filing new terrorism-related charges that should have been obvious from day one.

Elias Rodriguez, the 31-year-old Chicago man who murdered Israeli Embassy employees Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Milgrim on May 21, 2025, was hit with a 13-count superseding indictment unsealed Wednesday. The new charges include four additional counts of committing acts of terrorism while armed – charges that underscore what every patriotic American already knew: this was a terrorist attack against our Israeli allies.

The FBI Washington Field Office confirmed the new charges in a case update, as reported by @Breaking_News_V on social media. "Elias Rodriguez, 31, of Chicago, was charged in a 13-count superseding indictment unsealed Wednesday with multiple terrorism-related offenses," the bureau stated.

Rodriguez, who was reportedly wearing a keffiyeh during his deadly rampage, targeted these embassy workers outside their workplace in what can only be described as an act of international terrorism on American soil. The fact that it took this long to file terrorism charges raises serious questions about the previous administration's commitment to fighting anti-Semitic violence.

Social media users have been tracking the case closely. @MalcangiSarah noted, "The U.S. prosecution has added four terrorism charges to the indictment against terrorist Elias Rodriguez (31), who murdered couple Yaron Lishinsky and Sara Milgram last year."

This case represents everything wrong with the radical left's tolerance for anti-Israel terrorism. While pro-Hamas demonstrators have been allowed to run wild on college campuses and city streets, innocent people working for our closest Middle Eastern ally paid the ultimate price.

Under President Trump's restored leadership, we're finally seeing the kind of serious prosecution these terrorist acts demand. But the question remains: how many more Americans and our allies will be targeted while the left continues to coddle anti-Semitic extremists?
