Congressman Jerry Nadler has officially lost his mind – and possibly broken the law.
The rotund New York Democrat took to the floor this week to launch one of the most unhinged attacks on federal law enforcement we've ever witnessed, calling ICE agents conducting lawful immigration enforcement "massed hoodlums" and suggesting that American citizens would be "justified in shooting" them.
Read that again. A sitting United States Congressman just told Americans it's okay to shoot federal officers.
Nadler's Dangerous Rhetoric
In his tirade, Nadler declared that "the major problem in this country today is the fascism in our streets" – referring not to Antifa thugs or violent criminals, but to Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents doing their jobs under the direction of President Trump.
"Attacks on American citizens by massed hoodlums. If you were attacked by a massed person, you might think you were being kidnapped. You'd be justified in shooting the person."
Let that sink in, Patriots. This is a member of Congress – someone who swore an oath to uphold the Constitution – openly characterizing lawful immigration enforcement as "fascism" and giving what sounds an awful lot like a green light for violence against federal officers.
Where's the Accountability?
Imagine for one moment if a Republican congressman had suggested Americans would be "justified" in shooting FBI agents or ATF officers during the Biden administration. The media would have demanded immediate expulsion, criminal charges, and probably a padded cell.
But when Jerry Nadler essentially puts a target on the backs of ICE agents? Crickets from the legacy media. No calls for censure. No demands for resignation. No FBI investigation into potential incitement.
The double standard is sickening, but it's hardly surprising.
This Is Who They Are
Nadler's comments reveal the true nature of today's Democrat Party. They don't just oppose President Trump's immigration policies – they actively want to see federal officers harmed for enforcing the law. They call deportation of illegal aliens "fascism" while ignoring the actual lawlessness that flooded our country under Biden's open borders.
These are the same people who cheered when cities declared themselves "sanctuaries" for criminals. The same politicians who bailed out rioters in 2020. The same radicals who want to abolish ICE entirely.
Now they're telling their supporters that shooting federal agents might be "justified."
Time for Consequences
President Trump has shown tremendous restraint in dealing with Democrats who obstruct his agenda at every turn. But at what point does inflammatory rhetoric cross the line into criminal incitement?
Nadler's comments weren't just irresponsible – they were dangerous. ICE agents have families. They have children waiting for them to come home. And now a United States Congressman has told millions of Americans that violence against these officers could be justified.
If the Department of Justice under Attorney General Pam Bondi is serious about equal application of the law, Nadler's comments deserve serious scrutiny. At minimum, he should face censure from the House. At maximum? Well, incitement to violence against federal officers isn't protected speech.
The American people elected President Trump to restore law and order. Part of that mission means holding accountable those who encourage lawlessness – even when they hold high office.
What do you think, Patriots? Should Nadler face consequences for essentially telling Americans to shoot ICE agents? Or will Democrats once again escape accountability for rhetoric that would destroy any Republican?
