BACKFIRE: AIPAC's $2.3 Million Blunder May Have ELECTED Anti-Israel 'Genocide' Democrat

In what may go down as one of the most spectacular political backfires in recent memory, the American Israel Public Affairs Committee's (AIPAC) $2.3 million attack ad blitz appears to have helped elect exactly the kind of anti-Israel radical they were trying to stop.

Far-left activist Analilia Mejia is leading former Rep. Tom Malinowski in New Jersey's 11th Congressional District Democratic primary – a stunning result that has left political observers scratching their heads at AIPAC's strategy.

Here's the kicker: Mejia is the ONLY candidate in the race who has openly accused Israel of committing "genocide" in Gaza. She's also earned endorsements from the usual suspects – Bernie Sanders and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, the same crowd that's turned the Democratic Party into an anti-Semitic cesspool.

The Irony Is Thick

Social media erupted with reactions highlighting the spectacular miscalculation. "Ironic if they help elect Mejia only candidate to say that Israel had committed genocide," posted @leoniehaimson, noting how AIPAC's negative ads against Malinowski never even mentioned Israel.

Political analyst Shibley Telhami pointed out the obvious: "Whether or not Malinowski ultimately wins AIPAC will have failed to achieve its goal... And if Mejia wins, AIPAC will have helped elect progressive who is less supportive of Israel."

Meanwhile, observers noted that "far-left activist Analilia Mejia is leading former Rep. Tom Malinowski (D-NJ), who had been targeted by AIPAC's super PAC in a $2 million ad blitz."

A Lesson in Political Stupidity

This race perfectly illustrates what happens when establishment organizations get too clever for their own good. Instead of supporting genuinely pro-Israel candidates, AIPAC decided to play kingmaker and attack a Democrat who wasn't sufficiently pro-Israel enough for their taste.

The result? They may have just handed a congressional seat to someone who thinks Israel is committing genocide – exactly the kind of Squad member who will spend her time in Congress demonizing our closest Middle Eastern ally.

Patriots, this is why we can't trust these establishment groups to get the job done. When you try to play both sides, you often end up with the worst possible outcome.

Absolutely disastrous outcome! Now we have another anti-Israel voice in Congress thanks to AIPAC's incompetent strategy.

I've been saying for years that throwing money at political races without understanding the local dynamics is a losing strategy. You can't just carpet bomb with ads and expect good results.

I saw something similar happen in my district back in 2018 when outside PAC money flooded in for a primary race. The candidate they opposed ended up winning because voters resented the outside interference and rallied behind the underdog.

This is exactly what happens when establishment money tries to manipulate elections instead of letting voters decide! AIPAC completely misread the room and now we're stuck with another radical leftist who thinks Israel is the problem.

Couldn't agree more! These big money PACs think they can just buy elections but sometimes it backfires spectacularly.

Wait, so AIPAC spent $2.3 million AGAINST this candidate and it actually helped them win? How does that even work?

Sometimes negative ads can create a sympathy vote, especially if voters think outside groups are trying to unfairly influence their local election.

This is why I oppose ALL foreign lobbying, even from allies. American elections should be decided by Americans, not influenced by groups with overseas interests.
