EXPOSED: Deep State Judge Ana Reyes ILLEGALLY Blocks Trump's Haiti TPS Termination

The Deep State judicial resistance to President Trump's America First agenda is in full swing, with Federal District Court Judge Ana Reyes of D.C. brazenly breaking the law to protect 350,000 Haitians from deportation under the administration's Temporary Protected Status (TPS) termination.

In a shocking display of judicial activism, Judge Reyes issued a preliminary injunction blocking DHS Secretary Kristi Noem from ending TPS for Haitians—despite having absolutely NO legal jurisdiction to issue such an order. This isn't judicial oversight, Patriots. This is lawless resistance.

Another Obama Judge Goes Rogue

The ruling represents yet another example of activist judges attempting to usurp executive authority over immigration—a power that belongs exclusively to the President and his administration. Judge Reyes essentially told Secretary Noem she cannot enforce the law of the land, all while violating federal statutes herself.

Immigration attorney Michael Kolken noted the ruling on social media, posting: "U.S. District Judge Ana Reyes (D.D.C.) blocks termination of TPS for Haitians — In a ruling on February 2, Judge Reyes granted a preliminary injunction pausing the Trump administration's termination of Temporary Protected Status for roughly 350,000 Haitians."

Meanwhile, the left is celebrating this judicial coup. One Twitter user praised "Judge Reyes total takedown of Noem," while another attempted to frame the administration's enforcement of immigration law as "white nationalist" policies—the same tired playbook we've seen for years.

Who's Really Breaking the Law Here?

Here's what the mainstream media won't tell you: TPS was always meant to be TEMPORARY. The clue is right there in the name, folks. Yet activist judges continue to treat temporary programs as permanent entitlements, directly contradicting both the letter and spirit of immigration law.

Secretary Noem has every legal right—and duty—to end programs that have outlived their purpose. That's called following the law, something Judge Reyes apparently forgot during her confirmation oath.

The Trump administration must appeal this lawless ruling immediately and restore the rule of law. How many more rogue judges will attempt to sabotage the will of the American people who voted for secure borders and immigration enforcement?

Can someone explain what the legal basis was for her blocking this? I thought immigration policy was clearly under executive branch authority according to the Constitution.

There is no legal basis - that's the whole point! She's making it up as she goes along.

Finally someone is exposing these corrupt deep state operatives!

This is exactly what we've been saying all along - activist judges legislating from the bench! Judge Reyes has no constitutional authority to override the President's immigration decisions.

100% correct! These judges think they can just make up law as they go.

These judges need to be impeached for overstepping their constitutional role. We elected Trump to secure our borders, not have some activist judge block every policy!

I live in Florida and see firsthand how these programs are abused. TPS was supposed to be temporary but it just becomes permanent amnesty. President Trump was right to end it.
