SHAMEFUL: Team USA Olympic Skiers Trash ICE Operations, Say They're 'Heartbroken' to Represent America

Team USA freestyle skiers Chris Lillis and Hunter Hess have ignited a firestorm of controversy after publicly condemning Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operations during a press conference at the Winter Olympics, claiming they feel 'heartbroken' and have 'mixed emotions' about representing America on the world stage.

The ungrateful athletes attempted to distance themselves from President Trump's mass deportation operations, telling reporters they don't represent 'everything going on in the U.S.' – apparently referring to the administration's efforts to remove criminal illegal aliens and restore law and order to our borders.

'It brings up mixed emotions to represent the U.S. right now, it's a little hard,' the skiers whined, seemingly more concerned about virtue signaling than honoring the country that gave them the opportunity to compete at the highest level.

This is exactly the kind of woke nonsense that real Americans are sick and tired of hearing from spoiled athletes who should be grateful for the freedoms and opportunities this nation provides.

Social media users were quick to call out the athletes' shameful comments. Twitter user @gman5180 posted: 'Team USA freestyle skiers say they feel bad about representing America at the Olympics because of ICE. They say..."It brings up mixed emotions to represent the U.S. right now, it's a little hard." What's your advice to them?'

Another user, @WellsJorda89710, expressed frustration with the political grandstanding: 'I knew this was coming—exactly why I'm skipping the Olympics. Athletes just can't resist turning the spotlight political!'

While these athletes cry about enforcing our immigration laws, President Trump is delivering on his promise to secure our borders and protect American citizens from criminal illegal aliens. ICE operations are removing dangerous individuals who have violated our sovereignty and put American families at risk.

If Lillis and Hess are so 'heartbroken' about representing the greatest nation on Earth, perhaps they should consider competing for a different country that better aligns with their anti-American values. Real patriots understand that enforcing our laws isn't something to be ashamed of – it's something to be proud of.

If you're heartbroken to represent America, then don't! There are thousands of athletes who would be honored to wear the USA jersey. These ungrateful athletes need to check their privilege.

They should forfeit their spots to athletes who actually love this country.

Exactly right! My son would give anything for that opportunity and would represent our country with pride.

ICE protects our borders and keeps criminals out - how is supporting law enforcement controversial? These athletes live in a bubble and have no idea what real Americans deal with every day.
