DELUSIONAL: Hakeem Jeffries Claims GOP's SAVE Act is Attempt to 'STEAL' Elections

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries just proved once again that Democrats will twist themselves into pretzels to oppose basic election integrity measures. On Sunday's CNN "State of the Union," the New York Democrat had the audacity to claim that President Trump and Republicans are trying to "steal" elections with the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act.

Let that sink in, Patriots. Jeffries thinks requiring proof of citizenship to vote is somehow "stealing" elections. This is the same party that spent four years screaming about election integrity after 2016, but now they're losing their minds over a bill that simply ensures only American citizens can vote in American elections.

The SAVE Act: Common Sense Under Attack

The SAVE Act requires voters to provide proof of U.S. citizenship when registering to vote and mandates states remove non-citizens from their voter rolls. You know, basic stuff that most Americans thought was already required. But apparently, asking people to prove they're citizens before voting is now considered "election theft" in Democrat-land.

What's really happening here is obvious to anyone paying attention. Democrats have built their entire political strategy around importing as many illegal aliens as possible and then finding ways to get them voting. The SAVE Act threatens that scheme, so naturally Jeffries and his cronies are having a meltdown.

"This is about protecting the integrity of American elections and ensuring that only American citizens participate in choosing America's leaders," a GOP source told reporters.

Jeffries' hysteria is particularly rich coming from the same party that tried to federalize elections with their so-called "voting rights" bills that would have banned voter ID requirements nationwide. These are the same people who called basic election security measures "Jim Crow 2.0."

Democrats Show Their True Colors

The fact that Democrats are this opposed to verifying citizenship before voting tells you everything you need to know about their true agenda. They don't want secure elections – they want rigged elections that favor their radical policies that actual American citizens reject.

President Trump and the Republican Congress are delivering on their promise to restore election integrity, and Democrats like Jeffries are panicking because they know their house of cards is about to come tumbling down.

Why do you think Democrats are so terrified of Americans having to prove they're actually Americans before voting?

Why are Democrats so afraid of election security measures? If they're confident in their support, transparency should help them, not hurt them.

Jeffries is absolutely delusional if he thinks protecting election integrity equals stealing elections. The gaslighting is unreal!

The SAVE Act literally just requires PROOF of citizenship to vote in federal elections. How is asking for basic verification 'stealing' anything?

Exactly! Every other country does this. It's common sense.

They know their base would shrink if we actually verified eligibility. That's why they're panicking.

I volunteer as a poll worker in my county and you'd be shocked how many people can't provide proper documentation. The SAVE Act is desperately needed.

Thank you for your service! We need more poll workers who actually care about following the rules.

Jeffries is projecting again. The Democrats have been the ones undermining election integrity for years with their opposition to basic safeguards.

I had to show my ID to buy cold medicine last week, but somehow requiring it to vote is 'voter suppression'? Make it make sense.

Right? I need ID for literally everything else in life but voting is somehow different?

Typical Democrat playbook - accuse Republicans of exactly what they're doing themselves.
