EXPOSED: Schiff Claims Voter ID 'Suppresses Votes' Despite Majority of His Own Party Supporting It

Senator Adam Schiff (D-CA) doubled down on his opposition to voter ID requirements Sunday, claiming that requiring photo identification will "disenfranchise" voters – despite overwhelming public support for the measure, including among his own Democratic base.

The California Democrat is leading the charge against the Republican-backed Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act, which sailed through the House last year and requires proof of citizenship to register for federal elections. It's exactly the kind of common-sense election integrity measure that Patriots have been demanding for years.

But here's the kicker: Schiff is fighting against something that most Americans – including Democrats – actually want. Multiple polls have consistently shown that requiring photo ID to vote enjoys broad bipartisan support, with approval ratings often exceeding 70% among all voters.

Out of Touch With Reality

Schiff's opposition puts him squarely at odds with everyday Americans who understand a simple truth: if you need an ID to buy alcohol, board a plane, or enter a federal building, requiring one to vote isn't "voter suppression" – it's common sense.

The Senator's claims about "disenfranchisement" ring hollow when you consider that obtaining a photo ID is a basic requirement for participating in modern society. What exactly is Schiff afraid of? Could it be that Democrats benefit from a system where citizenship verification isn't required?

"Requiring proof of citizenship to vote should be the most basic requirement in any democracy. The fact that Democrats oppose this tells you everything you need to know about their true intentions."

With President Trump back in the White House and Republicans controlling Congress, the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act has a real shot at becoming law. The Trump administration has made election integrity a cornerstone of their agenda, and they're not backing down despite Democrat obstruction.

The question Patriots need to ask is this: if voter ID is so popular that even Democratic voters support it, why are their elected officials fighting it so hard? What are they really trying to protect?

The fact that even Democrats support voter ID shows how extreme Schiff's position really is. He's trying to create division where none exists.

What's interesting is that when you actually poll voters instead of politicians, the support for voter ID is consistently high across party lines. Schiff knows this but chooses to ignore it.

The polling has been consistent on this for years - even CNN's polls show majority Democratic support for voter ID requirements.

Schiff is out of touch with his own base! Even Democrats know requiring ID is common sense - you need it for everything else in life.

Exactly! I need ID to buy cold medicine but not to vote? Makes zero sense.

I'm a poll worker and I can tell you that most people expect to show ID when they vote. They're actually surprised when we tell them it's not required in our state.

Thank you for your service! That's exactly what I've heard from other poll workers too.

How is asking someone to prove they are who they say they are considered voter suppression? This is basic election security.

This just proves Schiff will say whatever he thinks benefits him politically, even when it contradicts what most Americans want. Voter ID has overwhelming bipartisan support among actual voters.

Finally someone calling out the hypocrisy!
