CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS: New Mexico Democrats Pass SWEEPING Semi-Automatic Gun Ban

In a brazen assault on the Constitution, New Mexico Senate Democrats rammed through legislation Saturday that would ban the sale, transfer, and possession of semi-automatic firearms—effectively criminalizing millions of law-abiding gun owners across the state.

The radical Democrats stuck together in lockstep to pass this draconian measure, which doesn't just target so-called 'assault weapons' but includes a sweeping ban on semi-automatic firearms that encompasses everything from common hunting rifles to basic handguns used for self-defense by everyday Americans.

But that's not all, Patriots. These anti-gun extremists also loaded the bill with burdensome new restrictions and requirements for licensed firearms dealers, clearly designed to strangle the Second Amendment through bureaucratic red tape and government overreach.

Another Democrat Power Grab

This is exactly the kind of tyrannical legislation we've come to expect from the radical left. While President Trump works to restore our constitutional rights at the federal level, blue state Democrats are doubling down on their war against law-abiding gun owners.

What's particularly infuriating is how these Democrats completely ignored the voices of their own constituents. New Mexico has a strong tradition of gun ownership, hunting, and self-reliance. Yet these radical legislators think they know better than the people who elected them.

This isn't about public safety—it's about control. Democrats want to disarm Americans while criminals continue to ignore every gun law on the books.

The timing couldn't be more telling. As Trump's second term gains momentum and Americans are rediscovering their freedoms, desperate Democrats in states like New Mexico are rushing to implement their authoritarian agenda before patriots can stop them.

This unconstitutional gun grab will inevitably face legal challenges, and rightfully so. The Supreme Court has made it clear that Americans have the right to keep and bear arms, including modern firearms in common use.

Will New Mexico gun owners stand up and fight back against this tyrannical overreach? Or will they allow radical Democrats to turn them into criminals overnight for exercising their God-given constitutional rights?

New Mexico just became a no-go state for me and my family. We vote with our feet and our wallets.

How is this not going to be immediately challenged in federal court? The Supreme Court has been pretty clear on this issue lately.

This is exactly what the founding fathers warned us about. When states start ignoring the Constitution, we're no longer a republic.

Completely agree. Where does it end? First they come for semi-automatics, then what's next?

As someone who served this country for 20 years, it breaks my heart to see states trampling the very Constitution I swore to defend. This is a dark day for America.

Thank you for your service. My son is deployed right now and this is what he's fighting for?

I've been hunting with my semi-auto for 30 years, never hurt a soul except the deer that fed my family. These politicians have no clue what they're banning.

Same here Bill. My grandfather's old Remington is apparently an 'assault weapon' now according to these people.

Exactly! They're criminalizing law-abiding citizens while doing nothing about actual criminals.

The criminals aren't going to follow this law anyway - only law-abiding citizens will be affected. This makes everyone less safe, not more.

I fled California for this exact reason 5 years ago. Looks like the cancer is spreading to other states now.
