The House Committee on Homeland Security is grilling three of President Trump's top immigration officials Tuesday morning in what promises to be a heated hearing following a deadly officer-involved shooting in Minnesota that left two American citizens dead last month.

Acting ICE Director Todd Lyons, CBP Commissioner Rodney Scott, and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Director Joseph Edlow are facing tough questions from lawmakers about the incident that has become a lightning rod for critics of Trump's aggressive deportation policies.

But here's what the mainstream media won't tell you, Patriots: these brave men and women in uniform are doing the dangerous work that previous administrations refused to tackle. They're finally securing our border and removing criminal illegal aliens who have terrorized American communities for decades.

Trump's Border Warriors Under Attack

The timing of this hearing is no coincidence. Just three weeks into Trump's mass deportation operations - which have already removed thousands of dangerous criminals from our streets - the left-wing machine is desperately trying to paint our border agents as the villains.

Commissioner Scott, a 27-year Border Patrol veteran who Trump brought back after Biden shamefully fired him, has been leading the charge to restore order to our southern border. Under his leadership, illegal crossings have plummeted and drug seizures are at record highs.

"Our agents face life-or-death situations every single day while protecting the American people," Scott has previously stated. "We will not apologize for enforcing the law."

The American people voted for this - they voted for secure borders, they voted for the rule of law, and they voted to put Americans first.

While Democrats on the committee will undoubtedly grandstand and attack these dedicated public servants, the facts remain clear: Trump's immigration enforcement is working exactly as promised. Crime is down in border communities, and American families are finally safe from the chaos of illegal immigration.

The question isn't whether our border agents are doing their jobs - it's whether Congress will support them or cave to the radical left's anti-law enforcement agenda. Patriots across America are watching.

About time Congress holds these agencies accountable! This tragedy could have been prevented with proper border security measures.

Exactly right. How many more innocent lives will be lost before they take action?

I live 50 miles from the border and see the chaos firsthand. These chiefs need to explain why their policies aren't protecting American citizens.

My heart goes out to the victims' families. This never should have happened on American soil.

As someone who lives here, this has shaken our entire community. We demand answers and real solutions, not more political theater.

What specific questions will Congress ask about the vetting process? We need transparency on how this individual got through the system.

Good question. The vetting process has been a black box for too long.

The current catch-and-release policies are putting communities at risk. These agencies need to be held responsible for the consequences of their decisions.
