The radical left's assault on religious freedom is coming back to haunt them, as one of disgraced CNN host Don Lemon's co-conspirators in a shocking church invasion is now begging a federal judge to throw out his charges.

Ian Davis Austin, who was charged alongside the fired CNN propagandist in connection with a disgusting January protest that violated the sanctity of St. Paul's Cities Church in Minnesota, filed a motion Friday attempting to dismiss his federal indictment under the FACE Act.

The FACE Act - the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act - protects churches and religious facilities from exactly this kind of leftist intimidation. But apparently Austin and his fellow anti-ICE radicals thought they were above the law when they stormed into a house of worship to push their open-borders agenda.

Leftist Hypocrisy on Full Display

Isn't it rich? The same people who screamed about "threats to democracy" and "respecting institutions" had no problem barging into a church to terrorize congregants. Where was their respect for the separation of church and state then?

This case perfectly exposes the radical left's complete contempt for religious Americans. They'll weaponize the justice system against pro-life protesters outside abortion clinics all day long, but when it comes to their own anti-American activism disrupting Christian worship, suddenly they want special treatment.

"The Biden regime spent four years turning federal law enforcement into their personal attack dogs against conservatives, but now these leftist agitators want mercy from the very system they helped corrupt."

Don Lemon, who was fired from CNN after years of pushing anti-American propaganda, clearly thought his media connections would protect him from consequences. But President Trump's Justice Department under Attorney General Pam Bondi isn't playing games when it comes to protecting religious liberty.

Justice Must Prevail

Austin's desperate legal maneuver shows these radicals know they crossed a serious line. You can't just storm into churches because you don't like immigration enforcement - this isn't some third-world dictatorship where mobs get to terrorize religious minorities.

Will the courts finally hold these anti-religious extremists accountable, or will they get the same two-tiered justice treatment that protected leftist rioters for years? Patriots deserve to worship without fear of radical disruption.

Wait, I thought Don Lemon was just a biased anchor - when did he get involved with church attacks? Can someone fill me in on what I missed here?

Finally some accountability! These media elites think they're above the law but justice is coming for all of them.

About time someone held the mainstream media responsible for their actions!

As someone who attends church regularly, attacks on places of worship are absolutely unacceptable regardless of who's behind them. No one should be able to dodge federal charges for this kind of behavior.
