This is what Trump Derangement Syndrome looks like, folks. A sitting member of Congress – supposedly a serious lawmaker – reduced to asking a federal law enforcement official about his eternal damnation simply for doing his job: enforcing the immigration laws that Congress itself passed.
McIver's unhinged attack on Director Lyons perfectly encapsulates how Democrats view immigration enforcement. In their twisted worldview, protecting American communities from illegal aliens somehow makes you evil. Following the law? That's a sin. Securing our borders? Straight to hell.
Democrats Choose Illegal Aliens Over Americans
What McIver and her fellow Democrats refuse to acknowledge is that ICE agents are heroes. They're the thin blue line standing between American families and the criminals, gang members, and drug dealers who waltz across our open border.
Director Lyons and his team are implementing President Trump's promise to the American people: mass deportation of those who broke our laws to get here. Every single day, ICE removes dangerous criminals from our streets – criminals that the Biden regime allowed to flood into our communities for four long years.
But to Democrats like McIver, enforcing immigration law is apparently a mortal sin. These are the same people who want to defund ICE entirely, who call Border Patrol agents "fascists," and who rolled out the red carpet for millions of illegal aliens during the Biden administration.
