The lengths that radical leftists will go to sabotage the Republican Party from within has reached a new low in North Carolina, where a self-proclaimed "progressive" activist is brazenly attempting to infiltrate the GOP primary to oust a sitting conservative congressman.
Kate Barr, a behavioral scientist from Davidson who was previously registered as a Democrat, has announced her candidacy to challenge first-term Rep. Tim Moore (R-NC) in the March 3rd Republican primary. Her justification? She claims running as a Republican "is the only way to kick these corrupt cowards out of office."
Let that sink in, Patriots. A woman who openly identifies as progressive thinks she can masquerade as a Republican to fool North Carolina voters into electing her. This isn't politics – it's fraud with a campaign logo.
The RINO Playbook Gets Even More Brazen
Barr's scheme represents everything wrong with our political system today. Rather than running on her actual beliefs as a Democrat in a heavily Republican district – where she would rightfully lose in a landslide – she's attempting to deceive voters by hijacking the Republican brand.
This is the same playbook we've seen from RINOs across the country: lie about your true beliefs, get elected under false pretenses, then stab conservatives in the back once you're in office. Except Barr isn't even bothering to hide her progressive agenda.
"The only way to kick these corrupt cowards out of office is to run as a Republican," Barr stated, essentially admitting she's running a con game on North Carolina voters.
Rep. Tim Moore, meanwhile, has been a solid conservative voice representing his district's values. But apparently, that's not good enough for this leftist activist who thinks she knows better than the voters who elected him.
North Carolina Patriots Must Stay Vigilant
This attempted infiltration should serve as a wake-up call to Republican voters everywhere. The establishment and their progressive allies will stop at nothing to undermine President Trump's America First agenda, even if it means outright deception.
North Carolina Republicans need to see through this charade and send a clear message: we won't be fooled by wolves in sheep's clothing. The question is – how many other Democrat infiltrators are lurking in GOP primaries across the country?
