In yet another brazen example of judicial activism, Obama-appointed Judge James Boasberg has issued a stunning order commanding the Trump administration to not only facilitate the return of deported Venezuelan gang members, but to pay for it with YOUR tax dollars.
The shocking ruling, issued Thursday, is a follow-up to Boasberg's December 22nd order that already forced the administration to allow Tren de Aragua members—who were properly removed under the Alien Enemies Act in March—to return from El Salvador to contest their deportations.
Now this Deep State judge wants to spell out exactly how he expects President Trump to roll out the red carpet for some of the most dangerous criminals on the planet. We're talking about members of Tren de Aragua, the Venezuelan super-gang that has terrorized American communities with violent crime, human trafficking, and drug dealing.
The Swamp Strikes Back
This is the administrative state in action, Patriots. While President Trump works tirelessly to secure our border and remove dangerous criminals through legitimate legal means like the Alien Enemies Act, activist judges appointed by previous administrations are actively sabotaging public safety.
Think about the insanity here: American taxpayers are being ordered to fund the return of foreign gang members who have no right to be in our country in the first place. Meanwhile, legal immigrants wait years to enter America the right way.
"This is exactly why we need to drain the swamp and reform our broken judicial system that puts foreign criminals above American citizens," said one immigration attorney familiar with the case.
Judge Boasberg has a history of blocking Trump's America First policies, and this latest judicial overreach proves the Deep State will stop at nothing to undermine border security and public safety.
