While the Biden years gave us a commander-in-chief who could barely find his way off a stage, President Donald Trump is once again proving what real leadership looks like – and this weekend, he's taking that leadership directly to the men and women who defend our freedoms.
On Friday, President Trump and First Lady Melania will travel to Fayetteville, North Carolina, where the President will deliver remarks to military families at the legendary Fort Bragg – home of the Army's elite airborne and special operations forces. This isn't a photo-op, folks. This is a President who genuinely loves our military and isn't afraid to show it.
The visit will also include a private military engagement, keeping some interactions away from the prying eyes of the legacy media – because sometimes, moments with our heroes deserve to remain personal and meaningful rather than turned into political fodder by hostile reporters.
Following the North Carolina visit, the President and First Lady will head to Palm Beach, Florida, where Trump will conduct private meetings throughout the long Presidents' Day weekend. While the mainstream media will no doubt try to spin this as "vacation time," anyone paying attention knows that Mar-a-Lago has become a hub for high-level diplomacy and deal-making – something the establishment press will never give this President credit for.
The Trumps will return to Washington on Monday, February 16th – Presidents' Day – ready to continue the America First agenda that's already transforming this nation.
Remember when we had a President who needed constant naps and couldn't keep a schedule? Those days are over, Patriots. We have a leader who works tirelessly for the American people – and especially for those who wear the uniform.
That's the kind of President America deserves.
