EXPOSED: Islamic Scholar Demands U.S. Immigration Policy BOW to Sharia Law

The mask is coming off, Patriots. While President Trump works tirelessly to secure our borders and restore constitutional order to our immigration system, Islamic scholars are brazenly demanding that America subordinate its laws to the dictates of Islam.

Mahmood Mamdani, a prominent academic, has invoked Islamic doctrine to define what he calls "civic obligation" while simultaneously attempting to delegitimize the lawful, constitutional authority of the United States government over immigration policy.

This isn't just academic theorizing – this is a direct assault on American sovereignty wrapped in the language of religious authority. Mamdani's demands represent exactly the kind of foreign ideological infiltration that the Trump administration was elected to combat.

Sharia Over Constitution?

The audacity is breathtaking. Here we have a nation founded on Judeo-Christian principles and governed by a Constitution that has served as a beacon of liberty for nearly 250 years, yet Islamic activists feel emboldened to demand we restructure our immigration policies according to their religious texts.

This comes at a time when the Trump-Vance administration is implementing the most comprehensive immigration enforcement in American history. Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem and the entire administration are working around the clock to secure our borders and remove those who entered illegally – exactly what the American people voted for.

"We will not allow foreign ideologies to dictate American policy," one administration official recently stated regarding similar attempts to influence U.S. law through religious pressure.

But Mamdani's demands go beyond mere policy disagreement. By invoking Islamic doctrine as the basis for American civic duty, he's essentially arguing that Islamic law should supersede constitutional authority. This is precisely the kind of civilizational challenge that patriots have been warning about for years.

America First Means America's Laws First

The timing couldn't be more revealing. As Trump's mass deportation operations remove criminal aliens and restore order to our immigration system, Islamic activists are desperately trying to frame lawful enforcement as somehow religiously illegitimate.

Sorry, but America doesn't answer to Mecca. We answer to the Constitution and to "We the People" who elected Donald Trump to secure our borders and put America First.

The question every American should be asking: How many more foreign voices will demand we abandon our sovereignty in favor of their ideological preferences?

Can someone explain how this would even work legally? Doesn't this directly contradict the separation of church and state principle?

That's the point - it shouldn't work legally. This is why we need to stay vigilant about who we're letting influence our policies.

I didn't serve 20 years in the military to watch our country bend the knee to foreign legal systems. America first, always.

Unbelievable! We need leaders who will stand up for American values instead of capitulating to every demand.

I've seen this happening in my own community where certain groups demand special accommodations that go against local ordinances. Where does it end?

This is exactly what we've been warning about for years. When you allow foreign ideologies to dictate our immigration policies, you're essentially surrendering our sovereignty.

Absolutely right. Our laws should be based on the Constitution, not religious doctrine from other countries.
