EXPOSED: Islamic Scholar DEMANDS U.S. Immigration Laws Bow to Sharia Doctrine

The mask is officially off, Patriots. A prominent Islamic scholar is now brazenly demanding that United States immigration policy bow down to Islamic doctrine, exposing the true agenda behind the left's open borders movement.

According to a bombshell report from The Federalist, Mamdani – a figure embraced by progressive circles – has invoked Islamic religious law to define what he calls America's "civic obligation" while simultaneously working to delegitimize our lawful, constitutional authority over immigration.

This is exactly what President Trump and the America First movement have been warning about for years. While Democrats screamed "Islamophobia" at anyone who dared question the motives behind mass immigration, here we have proof that some are literally demanding our sovereign nation submit its laws to foreign religious doctrine.

Constitutional Authority Under Attack

Let's be crystal clear about what's happening here: Mamdani isn't just offering his opinion on immigration policy. He's invoking Islamic doctrine to override the constitutional authority of the United States government to control its own borders.

This is precisely why President Trump's mass deportation efforts and America First immigration policies are so crucial. We're not just dealing with people who disagree with our laws – we're dealing with those who believe their religious doctrine should supersede our Constitution.

The timing couldn't be more revealing. As the Trump-Vance administration works tirelessly to secure our borders and restore immigration sanity, the radical left's true allies are showing their hand. They don't want reform – they want submission.

"This is why we can never allow foreign ideologies to infiltrate our immigration system. America's laws come from the Constitution, not from any religious doctrine – period."

While Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem and the entire Trump administration work around the clock to protect American sovereignty, figures like Mamdani are openly calling for that sovereignty to be surrendered to Islamic law.

Patriots, this is exactly why elections matter. Can you imagine if Kamala Harris were in the White House right now, with advisors who share Mamdani's views? We'd be witnessing the systematic dismantling of American immigration law in favor of foreign religious doctrine.

The question every American must ask: How many more are out there pushing this same agenda while hiding behind progressive talking points?

When my grandparents came here from Ireland, they learned English and followed American laws. That's what immigration is supposed to look like.

Exactly! My family came from Italy and they never expected America to change for them.

I've been following immigration issues for decades and this is a new low. We need leaders who will stand up for American values and American law.

Every immigrant takes an oath to support and defend the Constitution. How is demanding Sharia law compatible with that oath?

Can someone explain to me how this is even being considered? I thought we had separation of church and state in this country.

That separation only seems to apply when it comes to Christianity these days, unfortunately.

I didn't serve 20 years in the military to watch our legal system get trampled on. What's next?

We've seen what happens in Europe when they allow parallel legal systems. Why would we want to repeat those mistakes here?

This is insanity!

This is exactly what we've been warning about for years. You can't have two legal systems operating in one country - it's either American law or you find somewhere else to live.

Absolutely right. The Constitution is the supreme law of the land, period.
