Cuban exiles in Miami are taking a stand that should have been taken decades ago – demanding criminal prosecution of communist dictator Raúl Castro for his direct role in the cold-blooded murder of four American citizens in February 1996.

The Assembly of the Cuban Resistance (ARC) announced a vigil in Miami on Monday, calling for justice in what can only be described as an act of state-sponsored terrorism that has gone unpunished for nearly three decades. While the 94-year-old Castro lives freely, four American families have been denied justice.

Communist Regime's History of Terror

This isn't just about one incident – it's about holding accountable a murderous communist regime that has terrorized the Cuban people and killed Americans with complete impunity. The Castro brothers have overseen decades of torture, executions, and oppression, yet the international community has largely turned a blind eye.

These brave Cuban exiles understand what many in Washington have forgotten: evil dictators don't deserve diplomatic courtesy – they deserve justice. While previous administrations coddled the Castro regime with appeasement policies, these freedom fighters have never stopped demanding accountability.

"The time for justice is now, not when it's convenient for politicians or diplomats who prefer to look the other way when Americans are murdered by communist thugs."

Where's the Outrage?

Why isn't this front-page news across America? Four Americans were murdered by a communist dictator, and the mainstream media treats it like a footnote. If this had been any other world leader, there would be international tribunals and sanctions. But because it's Cuba, somehow it gets swept under the rug.

The Cuban exile community has shown more backbone in demanding justice than most of our political establishment. These patriots fled communist tyranny and have never forgotten what real oppression looks like – unlike the privileged leftists who romanticize the Castro regime.

Every day Raúl Castro draws breath as a free man is another day justice is denied to four murdered Americans and their families. How long will we allow communist butchers to escape accountability for killing our fellow citizens?

The Cuban people have suffered under the Castro regime for over 60 years. These brave Americans died trying to expose the truth about what was happening to refugees in the Florida Straits.

As a veteran, it sickens me that communist murderers live free while American heroes are forgotten. We must never stop fighting for justice.

Justice delayed is justice denied. Those families deserve answers and accountability.

About time someone demanded justice for those murdered Americans! Castro has been getting away with murder for decades while our government looks the other way.

Exactly right. The Brothers to the Rescue pilots were heroes trying to save refugees and Castro shot them down in cold blood.

Why has this taken so long? It's been almost 30 years since those pilots were murdered!

Because previous administrations were too weak to stand up to communist dictators. We need leaders with backbone.

My family fled Cuba in 1962 and we've been waiting for justice ever since. These four Americans died because they were trying to help people escape that communist hellhole. Raúl Castro should face trial for crimes against humanity.

I remember when this happened - it was all over the news in South Florida. Those pilots knew the risks but went anyway to save lives. Heroes every one of them.
