Elpidio Reyna, 41, pleaded guilty Tuesday to assaulting a federal officer after hurling rocks through a Customs and Border Protection vehicle window during last summer's violent protests in Los Angeles County.
Reyna admitted to one count of assault with a deadly or dangerous weapon resulting in bodily injury – a federal crime that carries serious prison time. The attack injured a CBP officer who was simply doing his job protecting America's borders, something these radical leftists apparently can't stand.
This case perfectly illustrates the violent hatred the open-borders crowd has for anyone trying to enforce our immigration laws. While President Trump's administration is working around the clock to secure our border and remove criminal illegal aliens, these extremists are literally throwing rocks at the brave men and women of ICE and CBP.
