While President Trump continues delivering on his promise to secure America's borders and deport criminal illegal aliens, so-called "moderate" Democrats are doubling down on the same failed policies that created our immigration nightmare in the first place.
Nevada Senator Catherine Cortez Masto's recent appearance on The New York Times' podcast perfectly illustrates why there can be no compromise with Democrats on immigration. Despite branding herself as a "moderate," Masto pushed the same tired talking points that opened our floodgates to millions of illegal border crossers during the disastrous Biden regime.
The truth Patriots need to understand is simple: there is no "moderate" solution to an extreme problem. For four years, Biden and his Democrat allies systematically dismantled every effective immigration policy Trump implemented. They stopped border wall construction, ended Remain in Mexico, and rolled out the red carpet for anyone willing to claim asylum – no matter how bogus their story.
Trump's Deportation Machine vs. Democrat Obstruction
Now that Trump is back in the White House, his administration is moving at lightning speed to undo the damage. Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem is coordinating the largest deportation operation in American history, while Democrats like Masto cry crocodile tears about "compassion."
"We tried the Democrat approach for four years, and it gave us record border crossings, fentanyl deaths, and sanctuary cities overflowing with illegal aliens," said one Trump administration official. "President Trump's approach puts Americans first, period."
The American people spoke clearly in November 2024 – they want our immigration laws enforced, not ignored. They want criminals deported, not released into our communities. They want a border wall, not a border welcome mat.
Masto and her fellow Democrats had their chance to govern, and they nearly destroyed our sovereignty in the process. Thank God we have a President who understands that protecting American citizens isn't "extreme" – it's his constitutional duty.
How many more Americans must suffer before every politician puts America First on immigration?
