This Presidents' Day weekend delivered peak liberal cringe as unhinged activists staged what they called an "art performance" outside the Kennedy Center and Lincoln Memorial - but what rational Americans would call an embarrassing meltdown disguised as interpretive dance.
The bizarre spectacle was supposedly protesting the deaths of Renee Good and Alex Pretti during Immigration and Customs Enforcement operations. Instead of honoring the holiday meant to celebrate our nation's greatest leaders, these leftist performers chose to attack the very agencies working to secure our borders under President Trump's renewed enforcement agenda.
BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales didn't mince words about the cringe-worthy display, suffering what she called "secondhand embarrassment" while watching the footage. "That's what they will pass off as art. It's why you shouldn't let your kids major in liberal arts. They'll end up on the steps of the Kennedy Center performing that bulls**t," Gonzales commented.
And she's absolutely right, Patriots. This is what decades of liberal indoctrination in our universities has produced - young adults so detached from reality that they think gyrating on government property constitutes meaningful political discourse.
The Left's War on Border Security Continues
What makes this display even more tone-deaf is the timing. President Trump's mass deportation operations are already showing results, with ICE agents finally able to do their jobs without the Biden administration's handcuffs. Instead of celebrating restored law and order, the radical left is literally dancing in protest of immigration enforcement.
These performers clearly missed the memo that the American people voted decisively for secure borders and the rule of law. While they're busy embarrassing themselves with sidewalk theater, ICE agents are out there protecting our communities from criminal aliens who should never have been here in the first place.
This is your brain on liberalism, folks. When reality doesn't match your ideology, just dance about it on federal property and call it "art." Meanwhile, the Trump administration continues delivering the America First agenda that actually matters to working families across this great nation.
