A suspected terrorist who allegedly gunned down two Israeli Embassy staffers outside the Capital Jewish Museum has pleaded not guilty to enhanced terrorism charges that could land him on death row – but don't hold your breath for justice with an Obama-appointed judge running the show.

Elias Rodriguez, 31, of Chicago, entered his not guilty plea Tuesday before U.S. District Judge Randolph Moss, a Barack Obama appointee who will now oversee this critical case involving what appears to be a targeted attack on Israeli officials on American soil.

The fact that this case is being heard by an Obama judge should concern every patriot who wants to see actual justice for this heinous act of terror. We've seen time and again how Obama-era judicial appointees have bent over backwards to coddle criminals and terrorists while ignoring the rights of victims and their families.

Anti-Semitic Terror on American Streets

This isn't just another random shooting – this was a calculated attack on Israeli diplomatic personnel, the kind of anti-Semitic violence that has skyrocketed under the failed policies of the previous administration. While Biden spent four years appeasing Iran and turning his back on our Israeli allies, terrorists felt emboldened to carry out attacks like this right here in Washington, D.C.

The newly added terrorism charges show prosecutors are finally taking this case seriously, but Rodriguez's not guilty plea means American taxpayers will now foot the bill for a lengthy trial while the families of these murdered Israeli staffers wait for justice.

"This case represents exactly the kind of anti-Semitic terrorism that flourishes when America projects weakness on the world stage,"

Thank God we now have President Trump back in office, someone who actually stands with Israel and won't tolerate terrorist attacks on our allies. But the damage from four years of Biden's weakness will take time to repair.

Will an Obama judge deliver the justice these victims deserve, or will we see another example of the two-tiered justice system that protects criminals while punishing patriots? The American people are watching.

Biden-Obama judge says it all. We know exactly how this is going to go.

Of course he pleads not guilty - they never take responsibility for their actions. This is exactly why we need judges who will stand firm on national security issues, not Obama appointees.

100% agree. The judge selection matters more than people realize in these terror cases.

I served overseas and saw firsthand how these terror networks operate. They're trained to exploit our legal system and drag things out as long as possible. Makes me sick.

Thank you for your service! You're absolutely right about their tactics.

The fact that we even have to worry about the judge's political leanings in a terror case shows how broken our system has become. Justice should be blind, but apparently it depends on who appointed your judge.

This is why judicial appointments matter so much in elections!

Another waste of taxpayer money on a lengthy trial when the evidence is clear.

Does anyone know which specific judge this is? I want to look up their previous rulings on similar cases. Something tells me we won't like what we find.

I'm trying to find that info too. Will post if I come across it.

Prayers for the families of those Israeli embassy staff members. They deserve justice, not a political circus.
