A terrorist who executed two innocent Israeli Embassy workers in cold blood had the audacity to plead "not guilty" to new terrorism charges that could finally put this monster where he belongs - on death row.

Elias Rodriguez, 31, of Chicago, stood before U.S. District Judge Randolph Moss (an Obama appointee, naturally) and refused to take responsibility for his heinous anti-Semitic attack outside the Capital Jewish Museum. The coward's plea comes as federal prosecutors have upgraded the charges to include terrorism counts that make him eligible for the ultimate penalty.

This wasn't some random street crime, folks. This was a calculated act of terror against our strongest ally, Israel, and against the Jewish community right here on American soil. Two dedicated public servants, working to strengthen the bonds between America and the only democracy in the Middle East, were gunned down by this radical.

Obama Judge Overseeing Case Raises Red Flags

The fact that Judge Randolph Moss, appointed by Barack Obama, is presiding over this case should concern every patriot. We've seen how Obama-era judges have consistently gone soft on terrorism and anti-Israel sentiment. Will this judge have the backbone to ensure Rodriguez faces the full force of American justice?

Under President Trump's strong leadership, we've seen a renewed commitment to standing with Israel and crushing terrorism wherever it rears its ugly head. The Trump-Vance administration has made it crystal clear that attacks on our allies will be met with swift and decisive justice.

"We will not tolerate terrorism on American soil, especially against our greatest ally Israel," Trump has repeatedly stated throughout his presidency.

While the mainstream media downplays this as just another "shooting," patriots know better. This was terrorism, plain and simple. An attack on Israel is an attack on America, and Rodriguez deserves nothing less than the death penalty for his murderous rampage.

The question now is whether our justice system will deliver the punishment this terrorist deserves, or will liberal judges and prosecutors find ways to let him escape ultimate accountability? Americans are watching, and we demand justice for these fallen heroes.

Of course he pleads not guilty - they always do. My question is how long will this drag out in the courts while taxpayers foot the bill for his defense?

This hits close to home - I actually worked at an embassy overseas for several years and the security threats were constant. Embassy workers put their lives on the line every day serving our country and protecting American interests abroad.

Good - the death penalty should absolutely be on the table for terrorism against our allies. This monster took innocent lives and deserves the ultimate punishment.

Couldn't agree more. We need to send a strong message that attacks on diplomatic personnel won't be tolerated.
