Texas just delivered a knockout punch to the radical left's assault on our children. Attorney General Ken Paxton has ruled that psychologists, counselors, and social workers can now be penalized - and even charged with child abuse - for facilitating so-called "gender transitions" in minors.
The Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (TBHEC) sought clarification from Paxton on whether mental health providers fall under the state's existing ban on sex-change interventions for children. Paxton's answer was crystal clear: YES, they absolutely do.
"Any radical facilitating the 'transitioning' of our kids is committing child abuse," Paxton declared, sending shockwaves through the woke therapy industry that has been preying on confused children for far too long.
"They WILL be charged with child abuse!" AG Paxton said, according to social media reports celebrating this landmark decision.
This ruling closes a massive loophole that allowed therapists to escape accountability while pushing vulnerable children toward life-altering decisions they're nowhere near equipped to make. For years, these so-called "professionals" have hidden behind their licenses while actively encouraging kids to reject their biological reality.
Predictably, LGBTQ activist groups are having a complete meltdown, claiming this protection of children is somehow "inhumane to trans children." What's truly inhumane is adults manipulating confused kids into believing they need to mutilate their bodies to be happy.
