Hollywood's Trump Derangement Syndrome reached new levels of absurdity Monday when 'The View' co-host Ana Navarro turned what should have been a simple movie promotion into an unhinged anti-Trump screaming session, proving once again that liberals can't go five minutes without having a meltdown over President Trump.
Actress and director Maggie Gyllenhaal appeared on ABC's train wreck of a morning show to promote her new Frankenstein remake 'The Bride,' but instead found herself participating in what can only be described as therapeutic screaming - which quickly devolved into yet another pathetic Trump-bashing session courtesy of Navarro.
The segment was supposed to involve some kind of 'monster howl' related to Gyllenhaal's film, but Navarro - apparently unable to control her severe case of TDS - immediately made it about our 47th President. Because of course she did. These people are so consumed with hatred for Trump that they literally cannot function normally in society.
Americans Are Fed Up
Social media users wasted no time calling out this embarrassing display of liberal hysteria. Twitter user @FrankLetsBF perfectly captured what millions of Americans were thinking: 'TDS in full bloom! Everything is about DJT, everything.'
Another user, @Jaing87, delivered the kind of economic consequences Hollywood should expect when they can't keep their politics out of entertainment: 'Maggie, congratulations on your new movie...I will never see it now.'
The backlash was swift and decisive, with conservatives across social media expressing disgust at yet another Hollywood publicity stunt gone wrong.
This latest meltdown perfectly illustrates why 'The View' continues to be one of the most toxic shows on television. While President Trump is busy delivering on his America First agenda - securing our borders, bringing back jobs, and making America great again - these unhinged leftists are literally screaming into the void on daytime TV.
Is it any wonder why Americans have completely lost trust in both mainstream media and Hollywood elites? When they can't even discuss a movie without having a public breakdown about the President, they've revealed themselves to be nothing more than partisan hacks masquerading as entertainers.
