Failed three-time candidate Beto O'Rourke is back with another delusional prediction, this time claiming that "Texas will save the country" when Texas State Representative James Talarico wins a Senate seat in November. The former congressman made these absurd comments Wednesday on MS NOW's "The Briefing," apparently forgetting his own spectacular losses in the Lone Star State.
This is the same Beto O'Rourke who crashed and burned in his 2018 Senate race against Ted Cruz, despite raising over $80 million from Hollywood elites and out-of-state liberals. The same guy who embarrassed himself in the 2020 presidential primary before flaming out. And let's not forget his humiliating defeat to Governor Greg Abbott in 2022, losing by double digits despite another massive war chest from coastal donors.
Now this political has-been thinks he can predict Texas going blue? Patriots, this is exactly the kind of arrogance that cost Democrats everything in 2024 when President Trump steamrolled his way back to the White House with JD Vance.
"Texas will save the country when James Talarico wins," O'Rourke declared, apparently immune to reality after years of political rejection by Texas voters.
What O'Rourke conveniently ignores is that Texas has moved FURTHER right under Trump's leadership. The President's America First agenda, mass deportation efforts, and border security measures are wildly popular among actual Texans - not the California transplants and Austin liberals O'Rourke panders to.
State Representative Talarico represents everything wrong with today's radical Democrat party: woke policies, open borders advocacy, and the same failed progressive agenda that voters decisively rejected in 2024. Does O'Rourke really think Texans want more of the Biden-era disaster they just voted to end?
The only thing Beto O'Rourke has "saved" is the Republican Party from having to work too hard in Texas. His continued political relevance is the best thing that could happen for conservative candidates across the state.
Will Texas patriots once again send these delusional Democrats packing, or has O'Rourke finally found a crystal ball that works?
