While President Trump fights tooth and nail to secure America's borders and deport illegal immigrants, establishment Republicans in West Virginia are stabbing him—and American workers—in the back.

The Republican-controlled West Virginia Senate Judiciary Committee is moving to gut a crucial E-Verify bill that would crack down on businesses hiring migrants. Instead of strengthening the legislation, these RINOs are watering it down to excuse more businesses from using the employment verification system.

This is exactly the kind of swamp behavior that President Trump ran against—twice. While Trump's administration launches the largest deportation operation in American history, Republican politicians in Charleston are apparently more concerned about protecting their corporate donors than American jobs.

Corporate Cronyism Over American Workers

E-Verify is a simple, effective tool that prevents businesses from hiring illegal immigrants. When used properly, it forces employers to verify that their workers are legally authorized to work in the United States. But apparently, that's too much to ask from West Virginia's business lobby.

The original bill would have required most employers to use E-Verify, creating a real deterrent against illegal hiring practices. Now, thanks to these establishment Republicans, more businesses will get a free pass to continue exploiting cheap migrant labor while American workers get left behind.

"This is corporate cronyism at its worst. These politicians are more interested in protecting their donors' profit margins than protecting American jobs," one immigration reform advocate told sources.

This betrayal comes at a time when Trump's deportation efforts are gaining momentum nationwide. ICE raids are happening across the country, sending a clear message that the days of sanctuary policies and turning a blind eye to illegal immigration are over.

RINOs Enabling the Invasion

West Virginia voters didn't send Republicans to the state capitol to play footsie with the business lobby. They sent them there to fight for working families and secure communities. Instead, they're getting politicians who talk tough on immigration during campaign season but fold like cheap suits when corporate interests come calling.

This is why the MAGA movement exists—to root out establishment Republicans who care more about Chamber of Commerce cocktail parties than the Americans they swore to represent. President Trump is doing his part from Washington. It's time for patriots in West Virginia to hold their state representatives accountable.

Will West Virginia voters remember this betrayal come election time? And how many other red states are quietly undermining Trump's America First agenda while claiming to support it?

Can someone explain what specific changes they made to water down the bill? I want to know exactly who to vote against next time.

These CEOs get rich off illegal labor while we taxpayers foot the bill for schools, hospitals, and social services. When will this madness end?

This is why Trump was right about the swamp. It's not just in DC - it's in our state capitals too where Republicans sell us out to big business.

Absolutely infuriating but not surprising. The chamber of commerce owns too many Republican politicians.

I work construction in WV and see this firsthand - companies hiring illegals to undercut American wages while our politicians look the other way. Disgusting.

Same thing happening in my trade. American workers getting squeezed out by cheap illegal labor.

Primary them all! We need real conservatives who will put American workers first, not corporate profits.

This is exactly why we can't trust establishment Republicans! They talk tough on immigration during campaigns but fold the moment their corporate donors start pressuring them.

Couldn't agree more. We need to primary every single one of these RINOs.
