Mike King, the man entrusted to coordinate security for far-left Representative Jasmine Crockett (TX-30), was shot and killed Wednesday night while attempting to flee from police during what sources describe as a law enforcement sting operation.
According to CBS News Texas, King was running security for one of the most vocal anti-police Democrats in Congress when he met his end trying to escape from the very law enforcement officers that Crockett routinely demonizes. The irony would be laughable if it weren't so tragic.
This raises serious questions about the vetting process—or lack thereof—that Democrats use when selecting their security personnel. How does someone end up coordinating protection for a sitting member of Congress while apparently being involved in activities that would make them a target of law enforcement operations?

Representative Crockett has made a name for herself as one of the most radical voices in the Democrat caucus, consistently pushing anti-law enforcement rhetoric while apparently relying on someone who was fleeing from police for her own protection.
