This is the same crowd that spent four years screaming about "threats to democracy" while literally denying an assassination attempt on a former president.
Patriots remember the horrific images from Butler - Trump bloodied but defiant, raising his fist and shouting "Fight! Fight! Fight!" while Secret Service agents rushed him to safety. We remember Corey Comperatore, the heroic firefighter who died protecting his family. We remember the other innocent Americans wounded by the shooter's bullets.
For conspiracy theorists to spit on that memory and deny this attack ever happened shows just how far the Trump Derangement Syndrome has rotted their brains. Salena Zito deserves credit for standing up to these sick lies and defending the truth.
