Chief Justice John Roberts is once again showing his true colors, and they aren't conservative. The Supreme Court's supposed leader is more concerned with protecting the feelings of activist judges than defending the Constitution they've repeatedly trampled under their robes.
Roberts has made it crystal clear where his priorities lie: maintaining the judicial establishment's precious reputation while turning a blind eye to the constitutional carnage being wrought by Trump-deranged federal judges across the country.
For years, we've watched federal judges twist themselves into pretzels to block President Trump's America First agenda. Remember the travel ban circus? Judge after judge ignored clear constitutional authority and existing immigration law to play politics from the bench. Where was Roberts' outrage then?
The Real 'Personal Hostility' Problem
If anyone's guilty of letting "personal hostility" drive judicial outcomes, it's the black-robed activists who have spent years using their positions to wage political warfare against Trump and his supporters. These judges have shown they're perfectly willing to ignore legal precedent, constitutional text, and basic judicial restraint when it serves their anti-Trump agenda.
But Roberts saves his righteous indignation for Trump's perfectly legitimate criticism of judicial overreach. Heaven forbid someone actually call out judges when they abandon their constitutional duties!
"The American people deserve judges who follow the law, not their political preferences. When judges fail in that duty, calling them out isn't an attack on judicial independence—it's defending constitutional government."
This is the same Roberts who gave us the Obamacare disaster, rewriting the law from the bench to save Barack Obama's signature legislation. Constitutional fidelity clearly takes a backseat to institutional preservation in Roberts' world.
Patriots Deserve Better
The American people are sick and tired of a two-tiered justice system where conservative officials get the book thrown at them while liberal judges face zero accountability for their activism. Roberts' priorities are completely backwards, and every patriot can see it.
We need judges who respect the Constitution, not their own egos. Roberts should spend less time defending judicial feelings and more time defending judicial integrity. The Constitution isn't a suggestion—it's the supreme law of the land, and it's time our courts started acting like it.
