RICH: Chief Justice Roberts Demands 'Respect' After Courts ENABLED Liberal Overreach for Years

Chief Justice John Roberts has stepped forward with a familiar appeal, urging Americans to dial back personal attacks on judges and show more respect for the judiciary. But many Patriots are scratching their heads wondering: where was this righteous concern about judicial respect when liberal activist judges were shredding the Constitution for decades?

Roberts delivered his message with what sources describe as an almost "paternal" tone, as if everyday Americans had suddenly lost their bearings about proper decorum. The timing is rich, considering this plea comes just as President Trump's second-term agenda is gaining momentum and conservative legal victories are mounting.

For years, Americans watched in frustration as federal judges blocked common-sense immigration enforcement, mandated transgender policies in schools, and invented constitutional rights out of thin air. Did Roberts call for "restraint" then? Did he lecture the activist judges who turned courtrooms into liberal policy laboratories?

"The message landed with a tone of concern, almost paternal, as if the country had suddenly lost its bearings and needed a reminder about decorum," according to reports.

The Chief Justice's sudden concern about judicial criticism rings hollow when you remember how silent he remained during the Russia hoax FISA abuse, the weaponization of courts against Trump, and the parade of partisan rulings that ignored legal precedent in favor of progressive politics.

Now that constitutional conservatives are finally seeing victories - with Trump's deportation agenda moving forward and his administration dismantling the administrative state - suddenly we need to be more "respectful" of judicial authority?

Patriots understand the difference between respecting legitimate judicial authority and enabling judicial tyranny. For too long, unelected judges have acted as super-legislators, imposing their personal political preferences on We the People.

Roberts would be better served addressing the real crisis in judicial legitimacy: years of partisan overreach that turned courts into political weapons. Until judges return to actually interpreting law instead of making it, Americans have every right to call out judicial activism.

The question Patriots are asking: Is Roberts genuinely concerned about institutional integrity, or is this just another establishment plea to protect the swamp from accountability?

Finally someone is calling out Roberts on his hypocrisy! Where was his concern for judicial integrity when lower courts were blocking every Trump policy with nationwide injunctions?

As an attorney who's practiced for 30 years, I've seen firsthand how liberal judges have twisted the Constitution to fit their political agenda. Roberts enabled this by refusing to provide leadership when it mattered most. Too little, too late Chief Justice.

Thank you for speaking from experience. The legal profession has really suffered under activist judges.

Roberts is absolutely right that the courts deserve respect, but he needs to look in the mirror first. For years we watched liberal activist judges legislate from the bench while he did nothing to rein them in. You earn respect through consistent constitutional rulings, not by demanding it.

He's been part of the problem for too long. Actions have consequences.

Exactly! Remember how he upheld Obamacare by calling it a tax? That was judicial activism at its finest.
