The mask is officially off. Rep. Jim McGovern (D-MA) went on CBS's "The Takeout" Wednesday and flat-out admitted what Patriots have known all along – Democrats are actively sabotaging America's border security and immigration enforcement.
"I don't want to fund ICE," McGovern declared without shame, while simultaneously blaming President Trump for the DHS and TSA shutdown because he's "insisting on doubling down on funding ICE and CBP."
Let that sink in, folks. A sitting member of Congress is openly bragging about refusing to fund the very agencies responsible for removing dangerous illegal aliens from our communities. This is the same ICE that deports MS-13 gang members, drug traffickers, and criminals who prey on American families.
Democrats Choose Illegals Over Americans
McGovern's stunning admission reveals the true Democrat agenda: protect illegal aliens at all costs, even if it means shutting down critical government services that Americans depend on. While he claims he'll support funding for TSA, Coast Guard, and FEMA through a discharge petition, he draws the line at protecting our borders.
President Trump, meanwhile, is doing exactly what he promised – putting America First by ensuring ICE and Customs and Border Protection have the resources they need to secure our homeland and execute the largest deportation operation in history.
"I don't want to fund ICE. But I've signed onto a discharge petition to fund all the other agencies, TSA, Coast Guard, FEMA," McGovern said, exposing the Democrat Party's warped priorities.
This is the same party that spent four years under Biden allowing millions of unvetted migrants to flood across our border, including known terrorists and violent criminals. Now they're literally defunding the agencies tasked with cleaning up their mess.
