The liberal establishment's desperation is showing as the University of Virginia's so-called "Crystal Ball" prediction service just conveniently shifted six gubernatorial races in favor of Democrats — a transparent attempt to manufacture momentum for a party that's been hemorrhaging support since President Trump's decisive victory.
Larry Sabato's partisan prediction outfit moved ratings for Arizona, Georgia, Ohio, Minnesota, New York, and Rhode Island, with the latter three jumping from "likely Democratic" to what appears to be "safe Democratic" territory. But here's what they're not telling you: this reeks of academic bias trying to prop up a failing Democrat brand.
Think about it, Patriots. After Trump's landslide victory and the complete rejection of the Biden regime's destructive policies, suddenly these ivory tower "experts" want us to believe Democrats are surging? The same Democrats who gave us record inflation, an invasion at our southern border, and woke indoctrination in our schools?
The Real Story Behind the Numbers
What Sabato's Crystal Ball won't admit is that Republican governors have been delivering real results while Democrat-run states continue their death spiral. Look at the exodus from blue states like New York and the renaissance happening in red states under conservative leadership.
This ratings shuffle is nothing more than wishful thinking from the same academic elites who predicted Hillary Clinton would win in 2016 and consistently underestimated Trump's appeal to everyday Americans.
"These establishment predictions are designed to demoralize conservatives and create false narratives," one GOP strategist told us. "The reality is that Americans are fed up with Democrat failures and want leaders who put America First."
The timing of these changes is particularly suspicious, coming just as Trump's policies are already showing results and his approval ratings climb. It's almost as if certain "non-partisan" academic institutions are working overtime to give Democrats any glimmer of hope they can manufacture.
Don't let the ivory tower elites gaslight you, folks. The real crystal ball is the ballot box, and Americans have already spoken loud and clear about the direction they want this country to go.
