In yet another example of D.C. swamp creatures protecting their own, Chief U.S. District Judge James Boasberg has suddenly changed grand jury rules in Washington after Democrats avoided criminal charges. The timing couldn't be more suspicious, patriots.

Boasberg - the same Obama-appointed judge who's been running interference for the deep state for years - has now ordered a "temporary" change requiring formal notification when grand juries decline to issue indictments. This is almost never required, folks. So why now?

The answer is obvious: damage control. When Democrat operatives keep skating by without indictments, it looks bad for the rigged system Boasberg helps maintain. By forcing documentation of declined prosecutions, he's creating a paper trail to justify why his cronies never face justice.

The Same Judge Who Protected the Swamp

Remember, this is the same Boasberg who presided over FISA court abuses during the Russia hoax. He's been covering for Democrats and deep state actors throughout Trump's first presidency and during the disastrous Biden regime years.

Now that President Trump is back in office and his Justice Department is actually investigating real crimes, suddenly Boasberg wants "transparency" in grand jury proceedings? Give us a break.

"It's remarkable how these procedural changes always seem to benefit Democrats and harm efforts to drain the swamp," one legal observer noted.

This move screams of a judge trying to get ahead of embarrassing revelations about how many Democrat operatives have escaped accountability in his district. When the Trump DOJ starts asking hard questions about prosecutorial bias, Boasberg wants documentation showing grand juries "chose" not to indict - conveniently ignoring how prosecutors can manipulate these proceedings.

Accountability Is Coming

The good news? President Trump's DOJ under Attorney General Pam Bondi won't be playing these games. Real criminals will face real consequences, regardless of what swamp creatures like Boasberg try to pull.

Americans deserve to know: how many Democrat operatives avoided charges thanks to rigged grand jury presentations? And why is Boasberg suddenly worried about documentation now that real law enforcement is back in charge?

Can someone explain what specific rules were changed here? I want to share this with my liberal friends but need the details.

I saw this coming from a mile away. My husband works in federal contracting and he's been telling me for years how corrupt D.C. really is behind closed doors.

Your husband sounds like a smart man. Anyone who works in that swamp sees it firsthand.

I didn't serve 20 years in the military to watch our justice system become a partisan weapon. This has to stop before we lose our republic completely.

As an attorney, this kind of judicial activism makes my blood boil. Judges are supposed to apply the law, not rewrite it to achieve political outcomes.

This is exactly what we've been saying all along - there's a two-tiered justice system in this country. Rules for thee but not for me!

100% correct Mike. They'll bend over backwards to protect their own while throwing the book at anyone who challenges them.
