EXPOSED: Democrat Rep's Staffer IMPERSONATED Lawyer 11 Times to Smuggle Contraband to Illegals in ICE Facility

A Democrat congresswoman's office has been caught red-handed in what amounts to a criminal conspiracy to obstruct immigration enforcement, with one of Rep. Veronica Escobar's (D-TX) senior staffers now banned from all ICE facilities after allegedly impersonating a licensed attorney at least 11 times.

Acting ICE Director Todd Lyons dropped the hammer on Escobar's caseworker, who used the fake lawyer credentials to gain unauthorized access to detainees at an El Paso facility—and apparently smuggled phones to illegal aliens being held for deportation.

This isn't just government incompetence, folks—this is deliberate sabotage of President Trump's immigration enforcement by a Democrat representative whose district sits right on the Mexican border. While hardworking Americans demand secure borders and the rule of law, Escobar's office was apparently running interference for people who had no legal right to be in our country.

Another Democrat Obstruction Scheme Exposed

The brazen nature of this scheme is staggering. Impersonating an attorney is a serious crime in most states, and using that fake identity to interfere with federal immigration detention? That's potentially a federal felony. But Democrats like Escobar seem to think the rules don't apply when it comes to protecting their precious illegal alien constituency.

"This administration will not tolerate any interference with our lawful immigration enforcement operations," a senior ICE official told reporters.

Thank God we have President Trump back in office with people like Acting Director Lyons who won't let Democrat politicians turn ICE facilities into revolving doors. Can you imagine if this happened under the Biden regime? They probably would have given Escobar's staffer a medal.

This scandal raises serious questions about how many other Democrat offices are actively sabotaging immigration enforcement. With Trump's mass deportation operation ramping up, expect more of these schemes to be exposed as patriots in federal agencies finally have leadership that backs them up.

How many more Democrat representatives are running similar operations to protect illegals from the consequences of breaking our laws?

This is absolutely outrageous! How can we trust these people to follow the law when their own staff are actively breaking it?

Exactly! And they wonder why we don't trust them on border security.

Which Democrat rep was this? The article should name names - the American people deserve to know which office was running this operation.

This shows the complete contempt Democrats have for our immigration system. They'll break any law to advance their open borders agenda.

It's all about undermining ICE and our immigration enforcement. They can't win legislatively so they resort to this.

Disgusting but not surprising.

I spent 20 years defending this country and it makes me sick to see government employees actively working against law enforcement. What has happened to accountability?

11 times?! This wasn't an accident or mistake - this was a deliberate criminal operation.

My brother works in corrections and he says lawyer impersonation is one of the most serious violations you can commit. This person should be facing serious federal charges.

What kind of 'contraband' are we talking about here? The article doesn't specify but I'm genuinely curious what they thought was so important to risk their career over.

Probably cell phones, drugs, or other items that compromise facility security. Standard smuggling stuff.
