The Secret Service agent who bears responsibility for the catastrophic security failures that nearly resulted in President Trump's assassination at Butler, Pennsylvania has been suspended once again, raising serious questions about why this individual was still employed by the agency in the first place.
We all remember that horrific day in July 2024 when a would-be assassin positioned himself on an unsecured rooftop with a clear line of sight to then-candidate Trump. Only by the grace of God and a last-second head turn did President Trump survive what should have been a fatal shot.
The fact that this agent was still on the payroll after such a monumental failure is absolutely mind-boggling. How many second chances does someone get when their incompetence nearly resulted in the death of a former president and current commander-in-chief?
Deep State Protecting Its Own?
This latest suspension begs the question: was this agent being protected by Deep State elements within the Secret Service? The American people deserve to know why someone who failed so catastrophically in their most basic duty was allowed to continue serving in any capacity.
President Trump's survival that day wasn't thanks to the Secret Service - it was despite them. The iconic image of Trump raising his fist with blood on his face, defiantly shouting "Fight! Fight! Fight!" became a defining moment of the 2024 campaign precisely because our future president had to show strength when his protection detail failed him.
The Secret Service has had over 18 months to clean house and restore accountability. Yet here we are, still dealing with the same agents whose negligence put President Trump's life in jeopardy.
Patriots across America are asking the tough questions: How many other agents from that fateful day are still on duty? What exactly has this suspended agent done now to warrant another disciplinary action? And most importantly, why wasn't this person fired immediately after Butler?
The Trump-Vance administration deserves a Secret Service that puts America First, not an agency that harbors the very people whose failures nearly changed the course of history. It's time for a complete overhaul.
