House Majority Whip Tom Emmer is demanding immediate action to strip citizenship from naturalized Americans who commit terrorist attacks, calling them "America-hating terrorists" who have betrayed the sacred oath they took to this nation.

The Minnesota Republican is pushing hard for the SCAM Act after a disturbing string of recent terrorist attacks carried out by naturalized citizens has exposed massive flaws in our immigration system that are putting American lives at risk.

"When someone becomes a naturalized citizen, they take an oath to defend this country against all enemies, foreign and domestic," Emmer declared. "The moment they turn around and commit acts of terrorism against innocent Americans, they have violated that sacred trust and should lose the privilege of citizenship immediately."

The timing couldn't be more critical. Patriots across America are demanding answers about how terrorists are slipping through our naturalization process and then using their citizenship status as a shield while they plot against the very country that welcomed them.

"These America-hating terrorists thought they could game our system, but we're going to close these loopholes once and for all," Emmer said.

The SCAM Act would give the federal government the tools it needs to revoke citizenship from naturalized Americans who engage in terrorist activities - something that should have been common sense policy decades ago.

This is exactly the kind of America First legislation that President Trump's supporters have been demanding. While the previous administration rolled out the red carpet for anyone who wanted to come here, regardless of their intentions, the Trump-Vance administration is focused on protecting American citizens first.

With Republicans controlling Congress, there's finally a real chance to pass meaningful immigration reform that puts the safety of American families above politically correct nonsense about "inclusion."

The question isn't whether we should revoke citizenship from terrorists - it's why this wasn't already the law. How many more American lives will be lost before we stop coddling those who hate everything this country stands for?

Finally! Someone with the backbone to stand up for America. If you hate this country so much, there's the door.

Exactly right. My grandfather didn't fight in WWII so we could coddle people who want to destroy us from within.

This should have been done years ago. Why are we supporting people who actively undermine our way of life?

I'm curious about the legal process here. Would this require due process or could it be administrative? Either way, I support holding people accountable for anti-American activities.

Good question - there would definitely need to be constitutional safeguards in place, but the Supreme Court has upheld citizenship revocation in certain extreme cases before.

Love seeing politicians actually fight for Americans instead of bending over backwards for people who despise us. This is what real leadership looks like.

The GOP Whip is absolutely right on this one. We need more leaders willing to take strong positions instead of worrying about what the media will say.

The mainstream media will attack this no matter what, so might as well do the right thing for the country.

As someone who served 20 years in the military, this hits close to home. I've seen what real oppression looks like overseas, and these people have no idea how good they have it here.

This is common sense legislation. Citizenship comes with responsibilities, not just privileges. When you actively work against American interests, you've broken that social contract.
