Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) just proved why the American people rejected his party so decisively in November – the man can't even get through an attack on President Trump's immigration policies without embarrassing himself.
While attempting to rail against Trump's Immigration and Customs Enforcement operations during a press conference, Schumer made a slip-up so awkward it's already going viral on social media. The New York Democrat, who's been increasingly unhinged since losing his majority leader position, stumbled over his words in what can only be described as a perfect metaphor for his party's complete inability to handle the immigration crisis they created.
This latest gaffe comes as President Trump's mass deportation operations are in full swing, delivering on the promises that helped him secure a crushing victory over the Democrats. While Trump and his team are busy securing our borders and removing dangerous criminals who never should have been here in the first place, Schumer is struggling to form coherent sentences.
Democrats Still Don't Get It
Here's what's really rich about Schumer's latest meltdown: he's attacking the very policies that Americans voted for overwhelmingly just three months ago. Patriots across this country are celebrating as ICE finally has the support and resources they need to do their jobs, thanks to President Trump's leadership.
But Chuck Schumer? He's still living in the Biden era, when our border was a complete disaster and criminal aliens were being released into American communities faster than you could say "sanctuary city."
"The Democrats had four years to fix immigration, and all they did was make it worse. Now they want to criticize the man who's actually solving the problem," one Republican aide noted.
It's almost poetic justice watching Schumer stumble over his words while trying to defend the indefensible. This is the same guy who stood by silently while the Biden regime allowed millions of illegal aliens to pour across our southern border.
How's that working out for you now, Chuck? Maybe spend less time making embarrassing gaffes and more time figuring out why your party got absolutely demolished at the ballot box.
