Loyola University freshman Sheridan Gorman was walking in a park Thursday morning around 1:00 a.m., hoping to catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights, when suspect Medina-Medina allegedly approached and killed her. An 18-year-old girl with her whole life ahead of her – dead because Democrats refuse to secure our border and remove dangerous criminals.
But here's the kicker: when asked directly whether he would comply with federal immigration authorities and turn over this accused murderer, Pritzker couldn't give a straight answer. That tells you everything you need to know about where his loyalties lie – and it's not with the American people.
Sanctuary State Madness
This is exactly the kind of sanctuary state insanity that President Trump campaigned against. While Trump is working to implement the largest deportation operation in American history, radical Democrat governors like Pritzker are actively obstructing justice and protecting criminal aliens.
How many more Sheridan Gormans have to die before these leftist politicians wake up? How many more families have to be destroyed by preventable tragedies caused by illegal aliens who should never have been in our country in the first place?
The answer is simple: if Medina-Medina had been properly deported, Sheridan Gorman would still be alive today. Her blood is on the hands of every politician who supports these reckless sanctuary policies.
