This is what happens when our justice system goes soft on criminals who threaten President Trump's life. Diedrich Holgate, 47, was handed a pathetic year-and-a-half sentence for making nearly three dozen death threats against then-candidate Trump in 2024—and what did this dangerous individual do the moment he got out? Made MORE threats against our President.
The facts are infuriating, Patriots. While Trump was fighting to take back America during the 2024 campaign, this unhinged criminal was flooding social media with death threats and leaving voicemails declaring "I have the right to kill the president. I want to kill you." Nearly THREE DOZEN times, this man threatened to murder the leader of the free world.
And what did our so-called "justice" system do? Gave him 18 months. Eighteen months for threatening to assassinate a presidential candidate who was already facing unprecedented persecution from the Deep State and their allies.
The Predictable Result of Weak Justice
Anyone with common sense could have seen this coming. You don't rehabilitate someone who believes they have "the right to kill the president" with a slap on the wrist. You certainly don't expect them to suddenly develop respect for the office or the man who won the largest electoral mandate in decades.
But that's exactly what our broken system expected would happen. And surprise, surprise—it didn't work.
This case perfectly illustrates why President Trump's law and order agenda is so critical. While Democrats spent four years calling Trump supporters "threats to democracy," real criminals were making actual death threats against Trump and getting treated like jaywalkers by federal prosecutors.
"I have the right to kill the president. I want to kill you."
Those weren't just words on a screen, folks. In today's climate, where Trump has already survived multiple assassination attempts and faces constant threats from unhinged leftists, every single threat must be taken seriously and punished to the fullest extent of the law.
How many more Diedrich Holgates are out there right now, emboldened by weak sentences and thinking they can threaten our President without real consequences? It's time for Attorney General Pam Bondi to send a clear message: threaten President Trump, and you'll face the full weight of American justice.
