BREAKING: Finland CONVICTS Christian MP for Expressing Biblical Views on Homosexuality

The war on Christianity has reached a new low in Europe, as Finland's Supreme Court convicted Christian Democrat MP Päivi Räsänen on Thursday of "agitation against a population group" over a 2004 publication that expressed biblical opposition to homosexuality. The 3-2 decision represents a devastating blow to religious freedom and free speech across the Western world.

This isn't justice – it's persecution, plain and simple. Räsänen's crime? Expressing traditional Christian beliefs that have been held for over 2,000 years. The Finnish court essentially ruled that quoting the Bible and adhering to Christian doctrine is now a criminal offense.

Think about that for a moment, Patriots. A democratically elected member of parliament is being criminalized for a pamphlet written over two decades ago that did nothing more than express her sincere religious convictions. If this can happen in Finland, how long before it spreads to America?

The Slippery Slope to Tyranny

This conviction exposes the radical left's true agenda: the complete eradication of Christianity from public life. They're not satisfied with removing prayer from schools or crosses from public buildings – now they want to criminalize Christian thought itself.

Under President Trump's leadership, America has been pushing back against this globalist assault on our fundamental freedoms. While European nations surrender their citizens' basic rights to the woke mob, Trump has been fortifying our constitutional protections and defending religious liberty at every turn.

"This is exactly why we fought so hard to get President Trump back in office," said one conservative activist. "Without strong leadership defending our First Amendment rights, we could easily see this same persecution here in America."

The 3-2 split decision shows that even Finland's own justices recognize how dangerous this precedent is. Two justices understood that criminalizing religious expression is a step toward totalitarianism.

Make no mistake – this is a warning shot for American Christians. The same forces trying to silence Räsänen in Finland are operating right here in the United States, using cancel culture, lawfare, and government pressure to suppress biblical truth.

Will we stand by and watch religious freedom die in the West, or will we fight back while we still can?

Absolutely outrageous!

What exactly did she say to get convicted? The article mentions biblical views but I'd like to know the specific quotes they used against her in court.

She quoted Romans 1:24-27 in a tweet questioning her church's sponsorship of a Pride event. That's literally it.

The slippery slope is real. First they say you can't act on your beliefs, then you can't speak your beliefs, now you can't even hold biblical beliefs without legal consequences.

This is exactly what we've been warning about for years. Once they criminalize biblical speech, Christianity itself becomes illegal.

Absolutely right. Finland used to be a Christian nation, now look what's happened.

My pastor was just talking about this last Sunday. He said we might face similar persecution here soon if we don't stand up now.

Praying for this MP and for religious freedom in Finland. We need to support our brothers and sisters facing persecution.
