The mask is finally slipping on the Democrats' rigged primary system, and this time it's coming from the horse's mouth. Rep. Eric Swalwell's own attorney just admitted on CNN that his client is hemorrhaging endorsements due to "political machinations" by party bosses looking to "consolidate" the vote.
Speaking on CNN's "The Story Is" Friday, Elias Dabaie essentially confessed what Patriots have known all along – the Democrat establishment pulls the strings behind closed doors, deciding who gets to run and who gets crushed before voters even have a say.
"I suspect that there are political machinations," Dabaie told CNN, desperately trying to explain why former supporters are abandoning Swalwell's California gubernatorial campaign faster than rats fleeing a sinking ship.
The Irony is RICH
Here's the beautiful irony, folks: Eric Swalwell – the same congressman who spent years screaming about "election interference" and "threats to democracy" – is now crying foul when his own party uses backroom deals to kneecap his campaign. Where was this concern about fair elections when Democrats were weaponizing the DOJ against President Trump?
"Political machinations to consolidate the vote" – sounds a lot like the kind of election manipulation Democrats claim doesn't exist, doesn't it?
Let's not forget this is the same Eric Swalwell who was literally compromised by a Chinese spy named Fang Fang, yet somehow maintained his position on the House Intelligence Committee under the Biden regime. Now his own party won't even let him run for governor without sabotaging him from within.
Democrats Eating Their Own
What we're witnessing in California is the Democrat machine in all its corrupt glory. Party bosses decide who's "electable" based on their own power calculations, then systematically destroy anyone who doesn't fall in line. It's the same playbook they used against Bernie Sanders – twice.
This admission should serve as a wake-up call to every American who still believes the Democrats care about "democracy." They can't even run fair primaries within their own party, yet they lecture us about election integrity?
The real question is: if Democrats are willing to openly manipulate their own primaries, what else are they willing to do to maintain power?
