WOKE AGENDA EXPOSED: Sesame Street Pushes Arabic on American Children During 'Heritage Month'

Sesame Street has officially gone full woke, folks. The taxpayer-funded children's program that once focused on teaching kids their ABCs and 123s is now pushing Arabic language lessons on American toddlers in the name of "diversity and inclusion."

In a recent video celebrating what PBS calls "Arab-American Heritage Month," the show featured segments teaching children Arabic phrases like "salam alaykum" and promoting the word "habibi" as their "word of the day." The video, sandwiched between Cookie Monster's exercise routine and Elmo's DJ performance, represents yet another example of how far-left activists have infiltrated even our most basic children's programming.

"Happy Arab-American Heritage Month, habibi," the show's social media post declared, using the Arabic term of endearment that translates to "my dear." But here's the question every parent should be asking: Why is a show designed for 2-year-olds suddenly concerned with promoting foreign languages and cultures instead of teaching fundamental American values?

Your Tax Dollars at Work

Let's not forget that Sesame Street receives significant funding from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, which means American taxpayers are literally paying for this cultural indoctrination. While President Trump's administration works tirelessly to secure our borders and put America First, PBS is busy teaching our youngest citizens to embrace globalist messaging.

This isn't about being anti-Arab or anti-diversity – it's about asking why our children's educational programming has become a vehicle for progressive social engineering. Whatever happened to teaching kids basic reading, writing, and arithmetic? Why has Elmo become a spokesman for multiculturalism instead of focusing on child development?

Parents across America are waking up to the reality that the left's agenda has infiltrated every corner of our culture, from university campuses to corporate boardrooms to now preschool television. The same people who scream about "separation of church and state" have no problem using children's programming to advance their own ideological beliefs.

It's time for parents to take back control of what their children are watching and learning. Do we really want Big Bird teaching our kids foreign phrases, or should we demand programming that celebrates American heritage and values first?

This is exactly what we've been warning about! My kids used to love Sesame Street, but now I have to preview every episode before letting them watch. When did teaching basic English and American values become controversial?

Same here - we switched to older educational shows from the 80s and 90s. At least those focused on actual learning without the political agenda.

I'm all for kids learning about different cultures, but this feels forced and inappropriate for preschoolers. Let parents decide what languages and cultural content their children are exposed to at that age.
