Federal prosecutors have charged fifteen more non-citizens with illegally voting in U.S. elections, according to a Justice Department announcement that names nationals of France, Pakistan, Portugal, Peru, Jamaica, Cuba, Canada, the Dominican Republic, and Britain.

The cases, first reported by Breitbart News, involve not only an illegal alien and legal non-citizens voting in federal elections — something Democrat politicians frequently deny happens — but individuals voting on behalf of the dead, casting multiple ballots, and making false statements on citizenship applications in order to register to vote.

Among those charged is Pakistani national Jamil Ahmad, 50, a lawful permanent resident who has been charged by information with voting by an alien during the 2024 election. Pakistani national Nighat Jamil, 47, also a lawful permanent resident, faces the same charge. Portuguese national Paulo Silva, 54, another lawful permanent resident, was likewise charged by information with voting by an alien during the 2024 election.

Two additional aliens — lawful permanent residents — Peruvian national Silvia Delgado Phelps and Jamaican national Staciann Pollion Davis, were charged by criminal complaint with voting as an alien in the Southern District of Alabama.

The Justice Department also announced charges against Polish national Dawid Nalepa, who is accused of unlawfully voting as an alien after coming into the country around 2020 through the Visa Waiver Program. He is accused of casting a ballot despite his non-citizen status in the 2024 election.

Pakistani national Arshed Zuberi and Filipino national Eliza M. Moss were also charged by criminal complaint with illegally voting in a federal election as aliens.

Separately, Patrick Perea, 62, was indicted by a federal grand jury on one count of fraudulent voting, accused of trying to vote on behalf of his dead wife via her absentee ballot in the 2024 election.

The charges come less than a month before Americans vote in crucial congressional midterm elections, according to coverage from Social News XYZ, which noted that three Pakistani nationals are among sixteen individuals facing federal election-related charges announced by the Justice Department.

These realities come as Democrats and establishment Republicans continue to oppose the passage of the SAVE America Act, which would require a person to present proof of citizenship in order to register to vote in federal elections and a photo ID at the time of voting. Polls show a broad consensus among Americans, as most believe one should have to show a valid photo ID and proof of citizenship to vote, as Breitbart News has detailed.

The story has spread rapidly across conservative media, with the account @BreitbartNews carrying the charge announcement to its audience. The outlet reported that fifteen more non-citizens — from France, Pakistan, Portugal, Peru, Jamaica, Cuba, Canada, the Dominican Republic, and Britain — have been charged with illegally voting in U.S. elections.

The charges landed against a broader backdrop of global and domestic turbulence that conservative commentators have been tracking closely. The account @IMFNews circulated the International Monetary Fund's 2026 growth forecast, showing the United States at 2.3 percent, Germany at 1.3 percent, France at 0.4 percent, Italy at 0.8 percent, Spain at 2.5 percent, the United Kingdom at 1.3 percent, Japan at 0.7 percent, Canada at 1.1 percent, China at 4.5 percent, India at 7.0 percent, Russia at 0.9 percent, Brazil at 2.2 percent, Mexico at 1.5 percent, Saudi Arabia at negative 3.3 percent, and Nigeria at 4.2 percent.

Meanwhile, the account @RealAlexJones amplified a segment describing escalating NATO warnings against Russia, a school shooting in France as anti-white riots continue, a report that the Saudi crown prince is in hiding as Iran-backed Houthis step up missile attacks, and a claim that Canada is officially preparing for war against the United States. The host took calls live on the program.

The convergence of these stories has fueled a broader conversation about election integrity and national sovereignty on the American right, with the non-citizen voting charges serving as the most concrete development. The Justice Department's announcement provides specific names, ages, nationalities, and charging instruments — details that make the cases difficult for opponents of election security measures to dismiss as anecdotal.

The defendants include individuals who entered the country legally through programs like the Visa Waiver Program and who hold lawful permanent resident status, a category that critics of current voting laws say is insufficiently vetted at the ballot box. The charge of voting by an alien applies to non-citizens regardless of immigration status, and the cases span multiple federal districts.

Next News Network could not independently verify the charges announced by the Justice Department or the details of the individual cases as described in the reporting.

The political stakes are considerable. With congressional midterms approaching, the SAVE America Act remains stalled despite polling that shows most Americans support requiring photo ID and proof of citizenship to vote. Democrats and establishment Republicans have opposed the measure, arguing it would impose burdens on eligible voters — a position that the new charges complicate, given that the defendants are accused of voting despite being ineligible under existing law.

The sixteen individuals charged represent a snapshot of a larger enforcement effort. The Justice Department has not indicated how many similar cases may be pending, and the announcement did not specify whether additional charges are expected before Election Day.

For conservatives who have long argued that non-citizen voting is a real and underreported problem, the charges validate a concern that Democrat politicians have frequently dismissed. For proponents of the SAVE America Act, the cases provide fresh ammunition in a legislative fight that has taken on new urgency as the midterms near.

The spread of the story across accounts like @BreitbartNews, @IMFNews, and @RealAlexJones illustrates how quickly election-integrity developments now travel through alternative media channels, often alongside broader geopolitical and economic news that frames the charges as part of a larger pattern of global instability.

Our Take

The Justice Department has done what Democrats and their allies in the establishment media insist never happens: charged fifteen non-citizens — plus one American accused of voting for his dead wife — with illegally casting ballots in federal elections. These are not hypotheticals or conspiracy theories. They are named defendants, specific charges, and documented cases spanning nine countries and multiple federal districts.

The SAVE America Act would require proof of citizenship to register and photo ID to vote. It is a commonsense measure supported by a broad majority of Americans. Yet Democrats and establishment Republicans continue to block it, which means they own the consequences of every illegal ballot cast in 2024 and every one that will be cast in the midterms.

The left's refusal to secure the ballot box is not an oversight. It is a choice. And every new batch of charges like these makes that choice harder to defend.
