The radical left's latest attack on President Trump just fell apart spectacularly. Records requests filed by a government watchdog group have revealed that the Democrat-run states suing Trump over his executive order banning transgender surgeries on minors have absolutely NO evidence to support their allegations of harm.
According to Fox News, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests submitted after the multistate lawsuit was filed returned "no responsive records" related to any proof of harm from Trump's common-sense protection of America's children.
Let that sink in, Patriots. These liberal states rushed to court to challenge Trump's ban on life-altering surgical procedures for kids, but when pressed for actual evidence of harm, their files came up completely empty.
The Lawsuit That Never Should Have Been Filed
Within days of Trump's January 20th executive order protecting minors from irreversible gender transition procedures, multiple blue states filed lawsuits claiming the policy would cause devastating harm. But now we know what many Americans suspected all along – it was all political theater with zero substance.
The watchdog group's FOIA requests specifically targeted records that would demonstrate the alleged harm these states claimed in their court filings. The result? Crickets. Not a single document, study, or piece of evidence existed in their files.
"This is exactly what we expected from the radical left – they make wild claims about harm while ignoring the real harm being done to children through these experimental procedures," one conservative legal expert noted.
Trump's executive order, signed on his first day back in office, prohibits federal funding for gender transition procedures on minors and directs federal agencies to prioritize protecting children from these irreversible medical interventions.
Protecting America's Kids
While Democrats manufacture fake outrage and file baseless lawsuits, President Trump continues delivering on his promise to protect American families. His executive order represents a return to sanity after four years of the Biden administration's assault on parental rights and childhood innocence.
The fact that these states can't produce a shred of evidence for their claims should tell every American parent exactly who's really looking out for their children's wellbeing. Spoiler alert: it's not the Democrats.
