The mask is coming off, Patriots. Minnesota's radical Attorney General is now openly demanding that Christian churches must allow hostile media cameras inside their facilities while simultaneously arguing that mosques deserve 'special protection' from the same level of scrutiny.
This blatant double standard perfectly encapsulates everything wrong with the left's approach to religious liberty in America. When it comes to Christians exercising their faith, suddenly transparency and media access become 'mandatory.' But when Islamic facilities face the same standards? That's when the Democrats start crying about 'religious persecution' and 'protecting vulnerable communities.'
The timing couldn't be more suspicious. As President Trump's ICE operations ramp up nationwide to remove illegal aliens who've been flooding our communities for four years under Biden's open border disaster, suddenly Minnesota's top law enforcement officer wants to create a two-tiered system of religious protection.
Where's the Equal Treatment Under Law?
Here's what really gets under our skin about this whole charade: the Constitution's First Amendment doesn't pick favorites between religions. Churches, mosques, synagogues, and temples all deserve the same protections under law. But apparently Minnesota's AG missed that day in law school.
Meanwhile, one conservative commentator made a brilliant observation that would tie these progressive hypocrites in knots: what if ICE deployed Native American officers to Minneapolis? Talk about creating a 'vexing moral dilemma' for all those politically correct protesters who've spent years virtue-signaling about indigenous rights while ignoring the actual sovereignty issues at our southern border.
"Just for fun, ICE should send a brigade of Native American officers to Minneapolis. That would create a vexing moral dilemma for all the politically correct, left-wing protesters, wouldn't it?"
The truth is, this isn't about protecting anyone's religious freedom. This is about protecting the left's preferred constituencies while targeting traditional American institutions that don't toe their progressive line.
How long are we going to let radical state officials pick and choose which Americans deserve equal protection under law? The Trump administration needs to take a hard look at whether Minnesota is violating federal civil rights statutes with this obvious religious discrimination.
